Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive procurement and sourcing expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. Youll shape the future of procurement at Alstom by setting up full supplier selection processes creating supplier contracts and managing their . Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering finance quality and legal departments) lead project negotiations and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers

• Leadership in project negotiation

• Monitoring of Procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI Business Award Product development)

• Ensuring work package sheet commitment respect

• Preparation of Business Award

• Promotion of the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct

• Management of Contracting activities

• Coordination of Supplier Contract with all mtiers

• Ensuring the ontime delivery and quality especially during the rampup phase of the project

• Support of commodity strategy and panel elaboration

• Degree in Engineering or Business School master degree

• Experience or understanding of sourcing professional background 05 years)

• Knowledge of contract management & legal awareness

• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier relationship management

• A certification in purchasing or strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a matrix environment

• Communication skills & Team spirit

• Ability to challenge and drive for results

• International mindset and fluency in English
