General Manager Freight & Logistics
Location: Dammam Saudi Arabia
Salary: AEDper month (or equivalent in SAR)

A leading freight and logistics provider with over 30 years of industry expertise is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Dammam operations. With a strong presence across the GCC the company specializes in air freight ocean freight road transportation project logistics industrial packing supply chain management and warehousing solutions.
The company has a wellestablished footprint in Saudi Arabia with a dedicated team of 19 employees in Dammam. It is committed to delivering highquality costeffective and efficient logistics solutions while maintaining the highest industry standards.
Role Overview
The General Manager Dammam will be responsible for leading and expanding the companys freight and logistics operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a highimpact leadership role requiring strong operational expertise business development acumen and an extensive industry network. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth in air and sea freight road transport and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Air and Sea Freight operations ensuring seamless logistics management and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with agents shipping lines and industry partners to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of 19 employees fostering a highperformance culture.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with a preference for candidates who bring captive business.
- Ensure exceptional customer service managing key accounts and fostering longterm client relationships.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency profitability and market competitiveness in the Saudi market.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Air and Sea Freight operations.
- Strong industry network and relationships with agents shipping lines and key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams.
- Business development expertise with a focus on securing new clients and increasing revenue.
- Candidates with captive business will be given preference.
