Oversee project status and manage projects from A to Z until delivery.
Revise design offers and contracts.
Communicate with the clients and coordinating with the contractors and suppliers.
Set project timelines and supervise the workflow.
Manage a design team.
Supervising all design drawings presentations and FF&E selections.
Coordinate with other departments.
Submit a monthly report with the status of each project and cash flow reports.

Requirements

Degree in Design Architecture or related field.
5 years of experience in design management.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
