BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Years of experience: min of 15 years in the developments and buildings sectors
Languages: strong command of English language. Arabic speaker is a plus.
Role Example; responsibilities:
Lead technical bids of Project Management Services:
Coordinate with the Tendering Team in the preparation of proposals
Review RFPs and coordinating with clients for clarifications
Prepare methodologies
Prepare related staff deployment plans
Assess candidates for positions
Contribute to commercial tenders: fee buildup and commercial qualifications
Assist in setting up new projects
Conduct periodic projects reviews and assessments
