The Role

As our Senior Cross-Platform Mobile Engineer you will lead the technical development of the Locanda Homes mobile ecosystem. You will architect a high-performance premium app that serves as the central hub for our residents and guestsintegrating luxury hospitality services high-end concierge features and secure financial tools into a single flawless interface.

Core Responsibilities:

Mobile Ecosystem Architecture: Design and implement a robust cross-platform mobile framework (iOS & Android) that supports structure for diverse hospitality services.
Premium User Experience: Develop high-fidelity elegant user interfaces that reflect the Locanda Homes brand ensuring a zero-friction experience from booking to on-site service fulfillment.
Advanced Feature Integration: Lead the deployment of high-impact features including real-time service tracking AI-powered personalized recommendations and sophisticated payment gateway integrations.
Technical Optimization: Ensure the app remains lightweight and high-speed across both platforms maintaining the performance standards expected by a premium clientele.
Unified Membership & Loyalty: Build and maintain cross-platform modules for exclusive membership tiers and reward programs designed to increase user stickiness and long-term engagement.

Who You Are

Cross-Platform Expert: You have extensive experience with frameworks like Flutter React Native or similar with a deep understanding of the unique design languages of both iOS and Android.
Luxury Tech Specialist: You have a proven track record of building and scaling mobile applications where User Experience (UX) and brand aesthetics are paramount.
Data-Driven Engineer: You understand how technical performance directly impacts business growth specifically in areas like user retention and average transaction value.
Strategist & Problem Solver: You can navigate complex technical integrations (e.g. real-time inventory secure digital settlements) while maintaining a seamless front-end experience.
