Position Overview: The Games and Sports Director will oversee the development implementation and management of sports and gaming initiatives within the organization ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging sports and gaming programs that promote participation and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate sports and gaming content across platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to innovate and keep the offerings relevant and appealing.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors related to sports and gaming.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to improve and optimize programs and content.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote gaming and sports initiatives.
- Organize events competitions and tournaments to engage the community and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in sports management business administration or a related field.
10 years of experience in sports or gaming management.
Strong understanding of the sports and gaming industry including market trends.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to develop partnerships and manage relationships.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating program performance.
Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.
Passion for sports and gaming with a creative mindset for developing engaging content.
