ملخص الوظيفة
Oversee and support Key Account Managers in managing their vendor portfolios to ensure high operational performance and compliance with SLAs.
Monitor daily operations including order fulfillment stock availability shipping timelines and return management.
Act as a point of escalation for complex vendor operational issues and coordinate with internal teams (Customer Operations Warehouse Logistics and Quality Control) to resolve them promptly.
Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key vendors ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives.
Track and analyze vendor performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Provide coaching and guidance to Key Account Managers to enhance their operational follow-up and vendor management capabilities.
Collaborate with category and commercial teams to ensure alignment on vendor targets growth plans and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor experience and operational processes especially within the furniture category.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 46 years of experience in supply chain vendor management or account management preferably within the furniture or home category.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to analyze operational data and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Excellent problem-solving organizational and follow-up skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience using vendor management or ERP systems is a plus.
