ملخص الوظيفة
Lead and manage the design process across all project stages ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all designrelated communication with clients ensuring their vision and requirements are met.
Supervise and support the design team providing creative direction and technical guidance.
Coordinate closely with the Head of Technical Team during the Design Development and Construction Drawing phases.
Liaise with subconsultants and suppliers to gather their technical and design requirements ensuring their integration into the final design.
Review and validate Design Development Drawings Construction Drawings Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Oversee and manage the project handover process ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing design teams and projects from concept through to delivery.
- Excellent communication presentation and clientfacing skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Solid understanding of design processes technical detailing and industry standards.
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD Advanced level
Adobe InDesign & Photoshop Proficient
3Ds Max Proficient
Microsoft Office (Word Excel) Proficient
