ملخص الوظيفة
As a Database Administration Manager you will lead a team of Database Administrators and Developers overseeing the operation and optimization of both Oracle and SQL Server platforms. You will take ownership of database performance uptime and best practice implementation across internal and client-facing systems. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with software development teams setting technical standards and advising on database architecture. You ll also be responsible for stakeholder management team development and ensuring reliable and scalable database solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements
Graduated with a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent education program with focus in Computer Sciences or related field
10 years experience working with customers
Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding ability in providing instructions and to effectively work with others on the tasks
Proficient in computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office SQL Server Oracle Jira Ivanti ZEMA etc.
Can be a self-starter and be able to work under a stressful fast-paced environment
A keen learner to continually improve his/her self Ability to share knowledge and help lead the department
