We are looking for a creative organized and highly motivated Marketing & Social Media Executive to support the resorts digital presence content creation and F&B marketing initiatives. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure brand-aligned engaging and impactful communication across all platforms.
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Plan create and schedule content across Instagram Facebook and TikTok.
Produce reels short-form videos photography and engaging storytelling captions.
Maintain posting schedules grids and content flow for Mekong Al Mina and main resort accounts.
Monitor channels daily manage engagement and track analytics.
Develop monthly content calendars and creative campaign concepts (e.g. Khareef Culinary Festival F&B promotions).
Lead TikTok production and coordinate with in-house talents.
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for photo and video files.
Respond to guest inquiries and comments across all platforms.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Projects
Lead creative concepts for seasonal F&B campaigns.
Develop storyboards shot lists key messages and campaign directions aligned with brand standards.
Create visual mockups captions hashtags CTAs and promotional materials.
Coordinate production and execution of professional photoshoots/video shoots for all outlets.
Ensure brand consistency following Anantara guidelines.
Lead online voting campaigns and guest engagement initiatives.
3. Photography & Videography
Capture high-quality photos and videos for all outlets spa resort experiences and events.
Oversee photoshoots with the marketing team and external photographers.
Edit content for reels posts stories and marketing proposals.
Prepare and organize visual assets for internal teams media partners and press.
4. Influencer Media & PR Coordination
Manage influencer outreach communication and stay arrangements.
Prepare itineraries deliverable lists complimentary requests and bookings.
Track influencer deliverables and follow up as needed.
Support PR agencies with updated information imagery and approvals.
5. F&B Marketing Support
Coordinate with the F&B Director chefs and outlet teams on concepts and promotions.
Manage marketing for theme nights special dinners and culinary events.
Facilitate communication between F&B Service and Marketing departments.
6. Event & Campaign Operations
Support the marketing requirements for the Culinary Festival Festive Season Chocolate Launch and themed events.
Prepare event run sheets scripts banners and on-ground marketing support.
Capture real-time event content for immediate posting and coverage.
Assist with internal resort activations including National Day staff initiatives and training events.
7. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Maintain timely communication via WhatsApp and email with internal teams and external partners.
Update reporting sheets for media clippings influencer activity and campaign performance.
Handle approvals procurement requests and coordination with HR/Finance when required.
8. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with:
Director of Marketing & Communications.
F&B Director
Graphic Designer / Marketing Executive
Outlet Managers Chefs and Reservations Teams
Ensure smooth coordination of messaging deadlines and deliverables. Participate in weekly meetings and prepare marketing updates and reports.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or related field.
2 years of experience in social media content creation or marketing preferably in hospitality/F&B.
Skilled in photography videography and video editing.
Proficient with Instagram Facebook TikTok and analytics tools.
Creative with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Excellent organizational communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
