  • 5–8 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary supporting senior leadership
  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule appointments meetings and events to ensure optimal time management.
  • Accompany the CEO to meetings when required take notes prepare minutes and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings ensuring all logistics materials and requirements are prepared in advance.
  • Receive screen and direct visitors calls and correspondence at all levels of seniority
  • Reconcile invoices process payment requests and ensure correct financial coding.
  • Maintain and update financial trackers reports and documentation.
  • Experience in staff supervision and team coordination.
  • Experience handling basic finance reporting and account reconciliation.
  • Developing and maintaining various financial reports as required
