Role: Client Relations Executive

Location: Fraser Suites - Doha

Salary:Competitive

We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to join the team here Frasers Suites in Doha. As a Client Relations Executive you willplay a key role in front facing in customer service where you will ensure high standards of service delivery to all guests inaccordance with Fraser Suite Doha service standards.

What you will be doing as Client Relations Executive:

To process check-in and check-out according to the hotel policies and procedures.
To handle all reservations enquiries on phone emails etc. courteously and promptly
To act on flags and special requests.
To maintain detailed awareness or information regarding arrivals their accommodation requirements special needs and expected departures of the day.
To follow up VIP reservations and issue VIP amenities and any other special service requests in accordance with hotel practices.
To answer queries on house facilities and places of tourist interest
To ensure that the hotels credit and payment policy is adhered at all times
To identify opportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering to meet and exceed client expectations.
