Our client a leading Saudi oil and gas company is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to lead executive search efforts across their growing organization. If you have a passion for identifying top-tier leadership talent and driving strategic hires this is your chance to work with one of the regions most influential energy players all from the comfort of your remote setup.
In this role youll:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and executive roles.
Partner closely with senior leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Lead sourcing efforts using advanced techniques and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter & Sales Navigator.
Conduct screening calls and leadership interviews with a focus on strategic fit.
Deliver market insights on talent availability compensation trends and timelines.
Ensure a premium candidate experience with consistent communication.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent for future needs.
What were looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment.
Proven success in C-suite and director-level hiring across industries.
Experience in the GCC region hiring.
Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the executive talent market.
Proficiency in ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
Organized detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple requisitions.
