We are looking for energetic customer-focused Car Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing automotive dealership in Tagamo3 and Sheikh Zayed.

The ideal candidates are car enthusiasts with strong communication skills passion for sales and the ability to guide customers through the car-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs preferences and budget.
Present cars features specifications and financing options clearly and professionally.
Conduct test drives and explain safety and performance features.
Follow the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the sale.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Showroom Operations

Keep the showroom presentable and vehicles ready for display.
Stay updated with model changes features and competitive brands.
Coordinate with operations and admin team regarding car availability pricing and delivery schedules.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

13 years of experience in sales or customer service (automotive experience is a strong plus).
Strong interest and passion for cars (brands performance models).
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude.
Ability to work in shifts weekends and high-traffic periods.
