About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to be the backbone of our sales engine at Whitecollars! In this remote role youll manage our project pipeline craft winning proposals and be the professional first point of contact for our clients. If youre organized love working with data and enjoy seeing projects move from lead to client this is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Filter & prioritize incoming project opportunities
- Prepare & submit tailored applications and proposals
- Manage client communications and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain accurate sales data and tracking sheets
- Schedule meetings between prospects and our Business Development leads
- Support outreach across multiple online platforms
- Coordinate smoothly between clients sales and operations teams
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 23 years experience in sales support business development or administration
- Fluent English (writing & speaking) B2 minimum C1 preferred
- Strong writing skills you can draft clear professional proposals and emails
- High attention to detail you spot errors others miss
- Organized & proactive you manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools
- Able to work flexibly across time zones when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with online platforms like Upwork LinkedIn or similar
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Work Setup
