Tasks
- Monitor system activity chatbot performance and incoming client queries in real time.
- Assist users by resolving support tickets investigating issues and providing clear guidance.
- Report system anomalies downtimes or unusual behavior to the Product and AI teams.
- Review live interactions to ensure accuracy quality and proper automation routing.
- Escalate high-priority issues to the correct internal team with proper documentation.
- Follow predefined workflows to maintain platform stability and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent methodical work style.
- Experience in customer support live monitoring or SaaS environments.
- Ability to understand workflows system behavior and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain solutions simply.
- Comfort working remotely with high reliability and time discipline.
- Fluency in English; additional languages especially Arabic are a plus.
