About this Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Accounts

POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION

Reports To: COO/CEO/CFO

Location: OQATA Wellness Solutions Tanzania Office

Role Purpose:

To provide accurate financial reporting manage budgets ensure compliance with statutory obligations and support decision-making through effective accounting practices. The Accountant will also adapt accounting processes to suit dynamic MLM/Network Marketing business model.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards.
Reconcile bank statements accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
Oversee statutory deductions (PAYE NSSF) and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Support the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures against approved allocations
Assist in financial audits by providing necessary records and reports.

Monitor cash flow working capital and ensure timely settlement of company obligations.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions

Collaborate with the cashier and other finance staff to streamline local and international transactions.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications / Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline.

At least 3 years accounting experience (experience in a fast-paced environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting standards financial reporting and statutory compliance
High level of accuracy integrity and confidentiality

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Experience in an MLM / Network Marketing environment
Professional qualification (CPA ACCA or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
