About this job:

Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Fleet Driver.

POSITION PURPOSE

The role involves driving executives and ensuring vehicles are operated responsibly and maintained in good condition.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely transport executives and authorized personnel as assigned

Operate both manual and automatic vehicles efficiently

Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle

Communicate effectively with supervisors and passengers

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Proven experience driving executives or senior staff

Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles

Clean and valid driving license

Professional conduct reliability and strong safety awareness

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Language Skills:

Fluency in English with good communication skills
