Senior Manager Tech Consulting D&AI AI Architect Jordan

We are seeking a Senior Manager- AI Architect Based out of Jordan

Key responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Agentic/GenAI systems including prompt chaining memory strategies token budgeting and embedding pipelines
• Guide the design and the optimization of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows using tools like LangChain LlamaIndex and vector databases (FAISS Pinecone Qdrant).
• Guide the evaluation of tradeoffs between zero-shot prompting fine-tuning LoRA/QLoRA and hybrid approaches aligning solutions with user goals and constraints
• Lead the Integration of LLMs and APIs (OpenAI Anthropic Cohere Hugging Face) into real-time products and services with latency scalability and observability in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - translating complex Agentic/GenAI architectures into stable maintainable features that support product delivery
• Write and review technical design documents and remain actively involved in implementation decisions
• Lead the deployment to production with industry best practices around version control API lifecycle management and monitoring (e.g. hallucination detection prompt drift)Design robust scalable and secure cloud-native AI solutions leveraging modern AI technologies and frameworks.
• Oversee AI implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Help to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery using standard DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and architectural recommendations for cloud modernization configurations and optimization.
• Lead proof of concept (PoC) initiatives to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate their feasibility.
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful AI project delivery and promote best practices.
• Stay current with the latest AI technologies advocating for innovative solutions that enhance business performance and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate across teams to share AI knowledge best practices and develop or review technical standards and policies.
• Support in vendor assessments strategic recommendations and make complex AI concepts clear for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead mentor and manage AI teams driving efficient and compliant project execution.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Data Science with 10 years of experience in the field
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems at scale (e.g. NLP GenAI LLMs).
• Deep understanding of LLMs vector search embeddings and GenAI design patterns (e.g. RAG prompt injection protection tool use with agents)
• Proficiency in Python and fluency with frameworks and libraries like LangChain Transformers Hugging Face and OpenAI SDKs
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS Qdrant or Pinecone
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP or Azure) and core MLOps concepts (CI/CD monitoring containerization)
• Proven experience supporting and/or delivering AI/ML Products
• Solid programming skills in Python C# or equivalent languages; familiarity with REST APIs and AI SDKs.
• Experience with GenAI and LLM orchestration frameworks.

• ML researchers focused on academic model development without delivery / product experience
• Data scientists unfamiliar with vector search LLM prompt engineering or system architecture
• Engineers who havent shipped GenAI products into production environments
