Job Summary
Our client is seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead our underwriting and claims operations ensuring compliance and service quality through Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting & Claims Management: Oversee underwriting and claims handling procedures supervise departmental staff and ensure accurate documentation.
- Client & Business Development: Collaborate with the Production team to acquire new business prepare quotations and negotiate policy terms.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Maintain premium registers assist with financial follow-ups and sign off on policies and claims documents.
- Medical Network & Service Coordination: Build relationships with healthcare providers to ensure efficient customer service.
- Strategic & Market Analysis: Conduct market studies monitor competitive threats and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role
- University graduate with a professional certification/membership in a relevant field
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
