We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer - Arch to join our innovative team in Cairo Egypt. In this role you will be responsible for leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance our architectural design and construction processes.
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural projects using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient BIM implementation
- Create and manage BIM content libraries for architectural elements
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts
- Generate accurate construction documentation from BIM models
- Assist in developing and implementing BIM standards and best practices
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and workflows
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Architectural Engineering or a related field
- 7 years of experience in BIM for architectural projects
- Proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and/or ArchiCAD
- Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation
- Familiarity with construction standards and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Understanding of sustainable design practices
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
