ملخص الوظيفة
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on project specifications and requirements.
- Select materials according to technical and budgetary constraints.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing delivery terms and quality requirements.
- Handle purchasing activities related to production materials components and services.
- Follow up on purchase orders delivery schedules and supplier performance.
- Ensure all technical documentation drawings and specifications are up to date and aligned with production needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (production design logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Use AutoCAD or SketchUp to review modify or create simple technical drawings as needed.
- Maintain organized records for quotations purchases and supplier communications.
- Prepare quotations based on interior design drawings mood boards and BOQs.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure selected materials match the project s concept and client expectations.
- Stay updated with new trends in furniture lighting finishes and materials.
- Communicate with fitout contractors and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Review shop drawings and 3D models if needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial or similar field preferred).
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar officebased engineering role.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of materials production processes and technical documentation.
- Strong communication negotiation and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
