SAP FICO Lead (Finance & Controlling)
Job Summary
The SAP FICO Leadis responsible forleading theFinance and Controlling (FICO)stream of SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role ensures that all finance-related modules includingAssets Accruals Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Contract Accounting (FICA) Advanced Financial Closing Parallel Accounting and Dunning are implemented successfully and aligned with bothIFRS standards and KSA regulatory requirements.
The FICO Lead will act as the primary point of contact forFinance process owners auditors and IT teams ensuring robust financial operations accurate reporting and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead thedesign configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO)modules.
ManageAssets & Accruals processes ensuring proper capitalization depreciation and compliance.
OverseeAccounts Payable & Accounts Receivable operations integrating with Procurement and Sales.
ImplementContract Accounting (FICA)for industry-specific billing and receivables scenarios.
Lead the adoption ofSAP Advanced Financial Closingfor group-wide central closing processes.
EnsureParallel Accountingsetup to handle IFRS KSA GAAP and other reporting standards.
OverseeCentralized Dunningto optimize receivables management.
Work with auditors and regulators to ensurefinancial controls and compliance.
Provide expertise infinance integration with MM SD HCM and PS modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders tostreamline closing processes and reduce manual effort.
Supportdata migration for Finance objects(GL balances vendor customer asset master data).
Train and mentor the Finance team on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Information Systems.
Chartered Accountant (CA) CPA CMA or ACCA certification preferred.
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience
10 years of Finance & Controlling experience.
Minimum 23 full-cycleSAP FICO implementation projects.
Proven experience inAsset Accounting AP AR FICA and Financial Closing.
Experience inParallel Accounting (IFRS Local GAAP Tax).
Strong exposure toMiddle East/KSA finance regulations and compliance.
Technical & Functional Skills
Deep expertise inSAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).
Knowledge ofSAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC).
Experience inContract Accounting (FICA)processes.
Strong integration knowledge acrossMM SD HCM PS.
Familiarity withCentral Finance Group Reporting and Dunning.
Ability to configurefinancial close automation and reporting.
Strong understanding ofZATCA (Saudi e-invoicing) and regulatory requirements.

Effective communicator with Finance leadership and auditors.
Ability to work under pressure duringmonth-end and year-end close.
