Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in technical writing. Journalism communication creative writing or user experience design.
- Experience in content creation for digital platforms and user interfaces.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in user-friendly language.
- Understanding of UX writing principles and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with content management systems and digital collaboration tools.
Specific Knowledge:
- Familiarity with user-centred design processes and how content integrates within them.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and the ability to write for various personas
- Empathy of the user and dedication to crafting content that improves user experience.
- Commitment to brand consistency and quality across all platform content
- Write edit and proofread content for digital interfaces ensuring clarity and coherence.
- Work closely with designers to integrate text into user Rows.
- Test and iterate content based on user feedback and analytics
