Job Description
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture
Experience: 12 years in site-based architectural supervision; Middle East experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- - Review architectural submissions such as material submittal method of statements and shop drawings
- - Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements
- - Respond to technical queries and site construction details
- - Review contractor performance every week and attend any technical workshop meetings as required
- - Knowledge of UAE regulations of the municipality and civil defense
- - Coordination awareness between all the disciplines
