ملخص الوظيفة
Responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring in the ministry. The role promotes evidence-based governance and ensures alignment with national priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain reporting systems that reflect government strategies and sectoral objectives.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for senior officials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting practices.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools to support strategic oversight.
- Contribute to public policy formulation through data-driven reporting and impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with government planning cycles and reporting mandates.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Data Analytics or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic reporting or performance analysis including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity.
- Experience in aligning local reporting systems with international standards and benchmarks.
- Strong understanding of government planning processes and reporting requirements.
- Background in policy impact analysis and strategic communication with government stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
