Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take full ownership of the outsourcing business unit managing the end-to-end technical recruitment cycle to deliver high-quality candidates for BBIs clients. This role requires a proactive driven recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and placing technical profiles in dynamic client settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for outsourced technical roles from requirements gathering sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.

• Act as the main point of contact for BBIs clients ensuring clear communication and delivery of high-caliber talent within agreed timelines.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive sourcing networking and partnerships.

• Write and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms ensuring alignment with client requirements and BBI standards.

• Conduct initial CV screening technical skills assessments and behavioral interviews to match candidates with suitable opportunities.

• Coordinate and schedule client interviews provide feedback and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

• Support contract preparation onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition of outsourced employees to the client environment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving business needs and advise on market trends and talent availability.

• Prepare regular reports and updates on recruitment status pipeline health and hiring metrics for management and clients.

• Represent BBIs culture and values when engaging with candidates and clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in technical recruitment preferably within outsourcing or staffing environments.

• Proven ability to source screen and place candidates in IT software data or related technical domains.

• Strong understanding of technical roles skills and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills.

• Self-motivated highly organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and ATS tools.

• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
