About The Opportunity
As theCustomer Service Specialistyou will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client enquiries in a positive and professional manner
- Assisting with order entry quotes and various administrative tasks
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Handling inbound calls related to products orders quotes tracking and queries
- Training customers to access key information from the website
- Proactively engaging in building loyal customers through a customerfocused culture
- Managing customer service cases including lead management order fulfilment dispatch and aftersales support
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years of customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
- A positive attitude empathy and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
You will also have:
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
