To further expand this business area we are looking for a

Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your responsibilities

Conducting efficient application screening using modern analysis tools
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for Finance IT or Healthcare positions
Utilizing AI-powered active sourcing via LinkedIn email campaigns and our referral portal
Identifying suitable job opportunities
Maintaining and building long-term relationships with your candidate pool
Participating in exciting projects focused on state-of-the-art recruiting solutions

Requirements

Completed HR professional certification or a degree in Business Administration Psychology or IT
Extensive experience in in-house recruiting at a staffing agency or in line management with recruitment responsibility
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques; experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho Analytics is a significant advantage
Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and networking skills; an existing network in the finance IT or healthcare sectors is a plus
Fluent in German and English
Proactive independent individual with a drive to make a difference
