Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Conducting efficient application screening using modern analysis tools
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for Finance IT or Healthcare positions
- Utilizing AI-powered active sourcing via LinkedIn email campaigns and our referral portal
- Identifying suitable job opportunities
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with your candidate pool
- Participating in exciting projects focused on state-of-the-art recruiting solutions
Requirements
- Completed HR professional certification or a degree in Business Administration Psychology or IT
- Extensive experience in in-house recruiting at a staffing agency or in line management with recruitment responsibility
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques; experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho Analytics is a significant advantage
- Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and networking skills; an existing network in the finance IT or healthcare sectors is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive independent individual with a drive to make a difference
