Tasks
You will qualify and nurture leads manage our service portfolio (property management & brokerage) keep the CRM pipeline moving create offers and drive written follow-ups.
For Germany you support our field sales Morocco you qualify and independently close within a defined framework. Youll run paper-based campaigns (letters/flyers/mailshots) and online lead gen (scraping Google Ads)
- Lead research & sourcing (web/portals/scraping); clean CRM entry (HubSpot/Propstack).
- Pipeline management: stages tasks notes; prep & handover for field appointments.
- Offer creation sending and structured follow-ups (email/letter/WhatsApp) with SLAs.
- Offline campaigns: plan letters/flyers/postal distribution; coordinate print/lettershop; track response & CPL.
- Online campaigns: set up & monitor Google Ads (search/remarketing) simple forms A/B tests UTM; weekly reports.
Requirements
- Confident with CRM (HubSpot/Propstack) & MS 365.
- Google Ads hands-on (keywords setup basic conversion/UTM).
- Strong web research/scraping (no-code/low-code; Python/n8n/Zapier basics a plus).
- Structured numbers-driven high follow-through; crisp writing.
