ملخص الوظيفة
We are hiring a Contracts Engineer to oversee contract preparation review negotiation and administration across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage variations claims and contractual correspondence.
- Provide contractual advice to project and management teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Law.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management (EPC preferred).
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
