Position: Operations Manager
Qualification: Mechanical Engineer
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in operations within the engineering or facilities management field
Language: Must be fluent in Arabic
Availability: Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
- Oversee team performance and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives
- Monitor resource allocation budget control and client satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
