The Country Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for Q-Sourcing Servtec in Tanzania ensuring delivery of sustainable business growth operational excellence and alignment with the Groups transformation agenda. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic and Business Leadership
- Develop and execute the countrys business strategy in alignment with the Groups vision priorities and transformation of roadmap.
- Drive growth through diversification of service lines expansion of client relationships and continuous improvement in business efficiency.
- Oversee delivery of country financial performance in line with the approved annual business plan.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with clients regulators and partners to build trust and sustain market reputation.
2. Operational Excellence Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure efficient compliant and transparent operations that meet statutory regulatory and Group policy requirements.
- Promote and maintain a strong internal control environment ensuring timely identification assessment and mitigation of business risks.
- Oversee financial discipline including working capital optimization cost management and operational efficiency.
- Ensure audit readiness process consistency and adherence to Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Transformation Innovation and Digitalization
- Champion process automation digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Lead the local implementation of Group-wide transformation projects and ensure effective adoption of new systems tools and processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation encouraging teams to generate ideas that improve service delivery and competitiveness in the Tanzanian market.
4. Talent Leadership and Organizational Development
- Build and sustain a high performing engaged and accountable leadership team.
- Identify and develop successors for critical roles ensuring leadership continuity and capability growth.
- Promote a performance-driven culture that recognises excellence encourages collaboration and upholds the companys values.
- Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives to strengthen morale and retention.
5. Collaboration and Governance
- Work closely with Group Functional Heads to ensure alignment with Group standards in Finance HR Risk and Commercial practices.
- Ensure accurate timely and transparent reporting to Group management on operational financial and compliance matters.
- Represent the Tanzania entity at regional forums sharing insights lessons and best practices to strengthen cross-country learning and synergy.
- Strategic leadership and execution capability.
- Strong commercial acumen and business foresight.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management in Tanzania.
- Proven ability to drive transformation digital adoption and operational excellence.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration Finance HR or related discipline.
- A masters degree or an MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience including at least 5 years at senior management level.
- Proven track record in delivering business growth and operational results within professional services outsourcing or people solutions environments.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder operations and leading teams through change and transformation.
- Good communication skills
