Job Description & Summary

The Human Capital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. This role ensures consistent execution of HR processes compliance with company policies and labor laws and delivery of efficient high-quality HR services. The position manages a team of six Associates to support organizational goals related to employee life cycle management data accuracy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across three regions ensuring standardized processes and compliance with policies.
  • Manage HR administration including employee records contracts benefits payroll coordination and HR systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee onboarding offboarding transfers and status changes.
  • Monitor and improve HR operational KPIs (e.g. turnaround time accuracy employee satisfaction).

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead coach and develop a team of six HR associates across different regions.
  • Foster a collaborative and service-oriented culture within the HR operations team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify team development needs.

3. Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and process efficiency.
  • Support implementing automation or digitalization opportunities in HR operations.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring it is followed across regions.

4. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation for all HR processes.
  • Mitigate risks related to data privacy employee records and HR transactions.

5. HR Systems & Reporting

  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HRIS.
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 8 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in HR operations management.
  • Regional Experience: Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple regions or branches.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday).
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
