Job Title: Risk Manager
Department: Project Control Office

Job Summary
Toconductprojectrisksandissuesidentificationevaluationmitigationanddevelopmentofriskandissues
.
Key Responsibilities:
Developandimplementanoverarchingriskmanagementplanfortheentireproject.
OwntheRiskmanagementprocedure.
Managetheprocessofidentifyingandassessingtherisksaffectingthebusiness.
Overseeandinsomeareasimplementtheplanofriskcontrolactions( of Insurance or other risk financing options health and safety measures liaison with regulators business continuity plans.
Monitorevaluateandchallengetheorganisationssuccessinmanagingitsrisks.
Organiseandproduceappropriateriskreportinginternallyandexternally.
Leadtheidentificationandevaluationofrisksandissuesthroughouttheentireprojectlifecycle.
Promoteriskmanagementinaccordancetoprojectprocedure.
CreateandmaintainRiskRegisterlogs.
CreateandmaintainIssuesRegisterlogs.
MonitorsandfollowsupchangesinRiskexposureidentifyingnewRisksandIssues.
PrepareperiodicalreportsofRisksandIssuesandtheirmanagement.
IntegratestheContractorsRiskmanagementintothePMCsoverallRiskmanagement.
Provideslessonslearntfeedbacktotopmanagers.
IdentifiesgapsinRiskmanagementcompetenceandarrangestofulfilbytrainingandsecondment
IntroducesandmanagesanyrequiredRiskManagementsoftware
Assists Contract Manager in all related duties.
Job requirements
An engineer holding a university degree in civil or architectural engineering field.
Risk management specialization with experience of not less than (12) years in construction management field.
Practicing work in locations and supervision on execution of similar projects.
Very fluent in reading writing and speaking the Arabic and English languages (mandatory).
