ملخص الوظيفة
The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing and coordinating technical drawings across architectural structural and electro mechanical disciplines. The role involves converting design concepts into detailed shop drawings that ensure accuracy construct-ability and compliance with project requirements. The Draftsman will also collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve any design conflicts and support the smooth transition from design to execution.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman.
Markable experience in residential gated compounds and communities
Experience in a Consulting offices or firms is a must
Proven expertise in multi-discipline drawing coordination and detailing.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (and other relevant design software).
Excellent attention to detail accuracy and time management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
