Join an award-winning multi-licensed broker offering online CFD trading on FX crypto oil metals shares and indices. Were looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager fluent in Filipino and Chinese with a strong background in Forex sales and an existing client portfolio.
Location: Remote Philippines
Employment Type: Service Agreement
Industry: Online Trading / Financial Services
Languages: Filipino (C1) Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin/Hokkien) English (B2)
Compensation: Base salary performance-based earnings
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic planning
Collaborate across departments to enhance business development initiatives
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Requirements:
Fluent in Filipino (C1) and Chinese (Cantonese Mandarin or Hokkien)
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Minimum 34 years experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
Strong knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently
Degree in Business Finance or related field (preferred)
