- Lead the team of Consultants and provide needed support for them .
- Implement the Performance Review for the team
- Identify and target potential individuals for the training academys programs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contractual agreements and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed students expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets revenue goals receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in a related field such as business marketing or education.
- Minimum 3 Years experience in sales Preferably in the training and education industry.
- Willingness to travel when necessary for client meetings and events.
- A deep understanding of the training academys programs and their alignment with Student needs Strong knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
