To develop and strengthen the capacity of individuals and organization through a comprehensive learning and development package leadership development talent development that aligns with business plan and priorities. The deliverables are expected to increase employee engagement their motivation knowledge and skill and ultimately to fulfil the needs of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Design develop and implement a variety of learning programs including instructor-led training e-learning modules coaching and mentoring programs.
- Manage and develop the Learning and Development team.
- Manage the Learning and Development budget.
- Oversee learning technology platforms and ensure their effectiveness.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Talent Development
- Identify current and future competencies / capabilities needed for successful performance in leadership positions that aligns with business needs.
- Execute comprehensive PDP for selected talent for each position that identify key strengths and areas of development.
- Work closely with line managers to coach and develop a follow-up program to ensure the development goals are achieved
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience in administrative roles preferably within a Learning & Development or HR setting.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in utilizing office software and tools for efficient record management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
