To provide an inbound and outbound sales and service function to clients across multiple mediums (i.e. telephone chat social media etc.) within agreed service levels and client experience requirements.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Administration Finance Economics or related field
Experience Required
Personal and Private Banking
5-7 years
Experience of the banks products processes and systems. Experience within a contact centre environment. Experience in sales campaigns and client onboarding.
