About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management /F&B Management

• Health and Safety Certification

• Higher Secondary School certificate List the basic (minimum) education certification and/or licensing needed to be successful in the position.

• 3-5 years experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant

About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to joinJumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.

• Manage resources by taking inventories re-ordering supplies and safeguarding cash.

• Monitor cashiering functions comply with procedures and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.

• Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.

• Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health safety and grooming policies.
