Qureos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Operations Specialist (E-commerce) to join our growing team in Cairo Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between EGP 8000 and EGP 10000 per month. The Online Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our e-commerce platform. This involves managing online orders coordinating with internal teams and optimising the online customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and process online orders ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders returns and refunds.

* Analyse sales data and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

* Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer journey.

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns.

* Maintain and update product information on the e-commerce platform ensuring accuracy and consistency.

* Monitor and analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

* Proven experience in e-commerce operations preferably within a fast-paced environment.

* Strong understanding of online sales strategies and customer relationship management.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Fluency in English and Arabic.
