ملخص الوظيفة
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects within defined scope time and budget ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and business alignment.
Develop and manage comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs) and schedules using MS Project ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met.
Conduct kick-off and progress meetings with sponsors vendors and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Oversee project progress including risk budget and milestone reporting and present updates to the steering committee and PMO.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to manage dependencies track deliverables and resolve issues effectively.
Participate in developing business cases and managing the RFP process to support vendor evaluation and solution selection.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and governance practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering collaboration and accountability.
Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices in planning communication and risk management.
Requirements
Skills Abilities and Training Required:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
PMP certification required; strong knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio.
Proven experience in managing UAT and technical projects in banking or financial services.
Familiarity with systems such as Flexcube SharePoint CRM Oracle ERP and RPA technologies.
Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
Experience Level:
710 years of experience in project management including 3 years leading IT projects in the banking sector.
