We are looking for a highly driven and talented Business Development Manager for our event management company. This role plays an integral part in driving our companys growth by seeking out new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the event industry. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can excel at building relationships analyzing market trends and navigating complex negotiations.
Job PurposeThe role of a Business Development Manager in our company is to drive our revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the market. This includes understanding market dynamics proposing innovative solutions and building valuable relationships with clients. It also involves collaborating with various teams across our company to inform and execute our business strategies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the event industry to expand our network.
- Leverage strong communication negotiation and project management skills to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Business Development.
- Strong Client Relationship Management skills.
- Ability to analyze Market Trends and implement relevant strategies.
- Experience in building Strategic Partnerships.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Negotiation Skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Project Management experience with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
- Deep understanding of the Event Industry.
