Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years of engineering and project management experience.
At least 3 years within the oil & gas sector.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects

Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrate leadership in HSE.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Comprehensive understanding of the technical and commercial risks associated with oil and gas project development.
Excellent communications skills
Demonstrated capability in leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects
Demonstrated capability in managing project Cost Schedule and Resourcing
Comprehensive understanding of In Country Value
Strong Analytical and Decision Making skills
Effective interfaces management
Effective risk management
Effective project Resources Management
