Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Duration: Full-time

Candidate:

MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previously worked for BWA Water Additives. Only candidates from these companies will be shortlisted and processed

Must-Haves:

Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
7 years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors.
Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East.
Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required
Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes.
Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup.
Candidate MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previoulsy worked for BWA Water Additives.

Overview:

Unique Solutions for Chemical Industries (USCI) is a limited liability company located in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
USCI produces speciality chemicals primarily for use in Thermal SWRO BWRO Desalination plants throughout the GCC and wider MENA region.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
2 7 years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors.
Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East.
Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required
Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes.

Willingness to travel extensively across Africa required is preferential
