Job Title: Income Accountant

Location: Jeddah / Riyadh (as applicable)
Department: Finance Unit Accounting
Reporting to: Finance Manager (with a dotted line to Operations)

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure accurate daily reconciliation of all revenue streams (POS cash cards and delivery aggregators) maintain strong cash and float control monitor deposit activities investigate variances and support internal and external audits within a restaurant operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-of-day Z-read and reconcile POS reports with actual daily collections.
Match and verify settlements from banks and delivery aggregators.
Conduct daily cash float counts and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in sales or deposits.
Prepare daily income reports and handover financial packs for management review.
Assist in the month-end closing process and provide required documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls company financial policies VAT and ZATCA regulations.
Maintain audit-ready records and support external/internal audits as needed.
Coordinate with Operations for timely invoice receipt issue resolution and system accuracy.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
SOCPA certification is mandatory.
24 years of experience in income auditing cashier control or revenue accounting preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with POS and back-office systems.
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.
