Supervise and coordinate daily activities of instrument technicians in the plant. Assign tasks and monitor progress of installation calibration testing and maintenance of instruments and control devices. Ensure all field instruments (flow meters pressure/level transmitters pH/ORP/DO analyzers temperature sensors etc.) are maintained in proper working condition. Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of faulty instrumentation and control systems (PLC SCADA DCS). Conduct loop checks signal testing and assist in commissioning of new systems and instruments. Review and validate calibration and maintenance records; ensure compliance with standards and documentation requirements. Liaise with electrical and mechanical teams to coordinate interdisciplinary maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards permit-to-work systems and plant HSE policies. Maintain inventory of tools calibration equipment and critical spare parts for instrumentation. Provide on-the-job training guidance and support to junior technicians. Report equipment issues work progress and recommendations to the Instrumentation Supervisor or Engineer. Education: Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation Electronics or related field. Experience: Minimum 57 years in instrumentation maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role preferably in sewage or water treatment plants. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems. Proficiency in reading P&IDs loop diagrams and control schematics. Working knowledge of PLCs SCADA DCS systems and process automation. Familiarity with calibration tools and techniques.
