Supervise and lead mechanical technicians in performing routine preventive corrective and emergency maintenance of mechanical systems. Organize and assign daily tasks based on maintenance schedules and work orders. Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment including pumps motors blowers valves piping systems and gearboxes. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical faults and guide technicians during repairs. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with operational standards. Coordinate with supervisors and other departments (electrical instrumentation operations) for integrated maintenance. Ensure proper use of tools equipment and spare parts. Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and technician performance. Enforce compliance with safety health and environmental policies (HSE). Assist in the training and development of junior technicians. Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 57 years in mechanical maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role preferably in sewage or water treatment plants. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with pumps piping valves compressors and other mechanical systems. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret maintenance procedures.
